Shipping
I ship worldwide via USPS. Post office drops are made Wednesdays and Fridays.
I do my very best to have orders shipped within two business days if your item is in stock. In the event that an item purchased is not in stock, and needs to be made for you, I will advise you of the delay via email. If your purchase is needed by a specific date please let me know either in the notes section of your order or email me at rachael@DOOMEDnyc.com and I will do my best to meet your deadline.
Certain items are made to order and ship 2-3 weeks from order date, this information is clearly stated in the product listing. Please read carefully.
For international shipments taxes, duties, fees, etc upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of your countries import policy prior to placing your order. If a package is unclaimed or refused and returned to us, the buyer must pay for new shipping charges if they wish for the package to be resent.
DOOMEDnyc is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Returns + Exchanges + Refund
Customized items and items purchased on sale are NOT eligible for return or exchange. If you there is an issue with your order please contact me at rachael@DOOMEDnyc.com.
Items must be in perfect, unworn condition otherwise the exchange or return will not be honored and the item will be returned to buyer.
Exchanges are FREE and must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please contact me at rachael@DOOMEDnyc.com for a return shipping label.
Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. All return orders are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Refunds are issued to the original payment within 15 days of the approved return sans applicable return fees.
